Tonsillectomy bleeding management

This video clipping shows a bleeder being managed during the process of tonsillectomy. The bleeding point is first grasped using a straight artery forceps. Then it is grasped with a curved artery forceps. A silk thread is held with the straight artery forceps and is used to ligate the bleeder.
