Depressed fracture zygoma closed reduction

This 30 year old patient had depressed fracture right zygoma after a road traffic accident. There was no proptosis / enophthalmos. Ocular movements were full and complete, and the patient had no diplopia. This video clipping shows the depressed zygoma being elevated using a Gillie's elevator intraorally.
